Terms of use

An online order is a request, not a contract

• Sending the form means you are asking for a service. It is not a confirmed booking or a final agreement.
• An order with missing details is kept as a preliminary order until it is complete.
• An order is accepted only when your account shows “Accepted” or our team confirms it to you directly.
• Prices, dates and requirements are agreed with you separately; the website does not show them.

No guarantees on the website

• The website does not promise a customs-clearance result, an arrival date or a price.
• Departure and arrival dates in your account are typed in by our team; they are estimates and may change.
• The chat assistant gives general information only; our team makes the final decisions.

Your data and documents

• Give correct details; you are responsible for the numbers and documents you provide.
• After sending, an order cannot be changed from the account; send any correction or missing detail on WhatsApp and our team adds it to the same order.
• The website does not accept file uploads; send documents in the WhatsApp chat with our team.

Your account

• Keep your customer ID and password to yourself; the activation code works once.
• If you lose the code or the password, our team issues a new code after checking it is you.
• We may pause an account that is misused.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to access other people's data, disrupt the website or send automated or abusive requests.
• Do not send false details or act for someone else without their permission.
• If you find a security problem, please tell us (see /.well-known/security.txt).

Contact

We contact you by the phone, WhatsApp or e-mail you leave. WhatsApp messages are never sent automatically; you press send.

Changes

We may update these terms when the way the website works changes; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
