In plain words: what we store when you order, why, who sees it and how you control it.

What we store
- The contact details you type: name, phone, e-mail (all optional except one way to reach you).
- Your company details if you add them: company name, commercial register number, tax card number (numbers only, no scans).
- Your order details and notes, and anything you send us later that our team adds to your order.
- Your account: customer ID and password. The password is kept, hashed, by our sign-in provider; nobody on our team can see it.
- Questions asked to the chat assistant are stored without your name or number, to improve the answers.
Why
To review and carry out your order, contact you about it, and show you its status and your shipment in your account. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
- Staff of the department handling your order, the admin, and the on-land employee assigned to your order only.
- Internal team notes are not shown to you, and your data is never shown to another customer.
- What the team writes on your shipment and order messages is shown to you in your account.
Where it is stored
In a database hosted by Supabase; the website runs on Vercel. Access is limited by permission rules inside the database itself.
Chat assistant
When the AI assistant is on, your chat messages are sent to Google's Gemini service to write the answer, with phone numbers and e-mail addresses removed first. We use Google's free service, under which Google may keep and review these messages to improve its products, so please don't type personal or confidential details in the chat.
Your choices
- Correct or complete your data by sending it to us on WhatsApp; our team adds it to your order (orders cannot be edited from the account).
- Ask for a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us on the numbers below or WhatsApp.
- If you send the ready WhatsApp message, it is a normal WhatsApp chat between you and us.
Cookies and storage in your browser
We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. This is everything the website keeps in your browser:

How long we keep data
Each kind of data is kept only as long as it is needed:
